Here at Mainstream Gadget, we strive to make every product provide consistent use and exceptional convenience. But if you feel that your product has arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. We want to hear from you and will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation. RETURN POLICY
Items can not be returned due to shipping times. In product pages, it is stated that arrival times can take 2-6 weeks in certain cases. If product arrives damaged, please let us know.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we are IMMEDIATELY beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of the item purchased. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@mainstreamgadget.com.
Cancellations will be processed on the day that we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to `7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
